Post-war, farmer at Denmark, SC. d. 7 Nov 1925, Denmark, SC, and buried there in Denmark Cemetery. m. Sarah Eloise BARR, 14 Dec 1858.

Co. D, 14th Bn. SC Cavalry became Co. I, 5th SC Cavalry in early 1863.
