Capt. Louis M. Coxetter

Capt. Coxetter was the captain of the privateer Jefferson Davis, and without question, the most successful privateer of the Civil War. There is a documentary being produced presently on the Jefferson Davis and a book also being written. The film crew was recently in Charleston and I took them to the Hunley graves, as J.F. Carlsen was one of the helmsman on the Jeff Davis before he volunteered for the Hunley. I also found the grave of Capt. Coxetter at St. Lawerence (a stone's throw away from the Hunley burial site)and I along with the film crew was surprised & disappointed to see that there was no marker. Coxetter was quite a character and very aggressive as per the books accounting for his exploits. My question is how or who could be contacted to erect some kind of momument or marker indicating his burial location?
