In a copy of the Chigago Civil War Encyclopedia Confederate Mound Index (given to me by a kind fellow researcher) there is a listing for a "P. T" Price from the 15th TN - death date unknown. Also, an "R. J. Pride" from the 5th TN. I know neither of these match exactly, but may be a starting place. There were no Prices listed from Ky. Other than the monument, I've not found any information about the prisoners at Camp Douglas...until this index was sent to me. It has some death dates and many names don't match exactly, additionally, there are some listed on the monument that are not in the index and vice versa. Hope this helps some.
