Sorry I got the general wrong, and thanks for correcting me.
I do remember that was talked about in my family until recent times about how the men had the same wound, while at Shiloh and how J. T. Harper was there when the general was brought in. That way, it was possible to date some stuff that otherwise would have been missed and forgotten long ago.
