Dear Sir,

I do not know if you and I have talked previously but I have an ancestor that was in Company H. The most complete history currently is in "Tennesseans in the Civil War, Volume I." I keep my eyes out for any primary source material and so far I have found little to none. Ashby's Second Tennessee Cavalry Regiment is one of those regiments that is hard to research. It is second on my list of regimental histories to write. Looking forward to corresponding with you.
