Co A of the 41st AL was from Tuscaloosa County AL as some of my family was in that Co. also. The Bethal Cemetery list mentions 80 unknowns who are buried there, but likely there are even more than that. I know of Robert E.Layne who died in Knoxville 1862 and he can not be accounted for either (Co. E 37th TN Inf.). Would there be any other small CSA cemeteries in the area?
