Hello. Well, the Battle of Memphis happened in 1864.
I would like to suggest that anyone who is interested in a good story on the 7th Tenn. Cav. CSA check out the Miss. Civil War site. There is a wonderful posting by a man named Cox relating to the memories of Issac Nelson Rainey and his service with the 7th.
It is a super story.
