Some time ago I posted on the Obion Co., TN genealogy web site the transcribed text of half of a letter written by Pvt. Tommy Davis of Co. F, 33rd TN Inf. The link to this posting is attached. Unfortunately the envelope and other page of the letter are long gone, but it is still interesting reading. I still have no idea what became of Uncle Tommy, so if anyone has any info please post it or email me. Tommy adn family lived in the Ebenezer Community about 5 miles n.w. of Troy in Obion Co..
