The fight probably occured on what is now the western edge of Cleveland- where the Harrison Pike(State Rd 312) crosses a gap between Candies Creek Ridge and Lebanon Ridge-it's about a mile from Candy(sic) Creek and a couple of miles from what would then have been the main part of Cleveland.
