From Russellville the best way is to come towards Clarksville on US 79 to I-24. Head east on I-24 until you get to exit 11. Exit there and bear to the right heading in towards Clarksville. Go through the 4 way intersection with US 41A (probably about 5 miles from the exit). The sire of the encampment is at Rotary Park, located at 2308 Rotary Park Drive. It's about 1/4 to 1/2 mile past the 4 way intersection, on the left.
