The Tennessee in the Civil War Message Board

Re: Moses Ray-Joseph Columbus Ray's Father

Thanks Alan! I will keep trying. I stumbled across a place called Wray's Bluff, Tennessee(hardeman county) that is now on the historical register due to it being a fortification. I believe it was during the civil war. It used to be a town, but no longer exists as a town. Google Earth shows the location however and it is an elevation. I am wondering if anything happened there during the war? Also, a family book was published on the Ray/Wray family, especially on Moses Ray, but
I could not locate it on Bookfinder4u.com. It is called Ray Researchers #38 published Dec. 1992. How else could I try to get this book? I really appreciate the expertise that everyone has at this site. :))
