I have just found a Madison Johnston, Union Artillery 1st Battalion, Tennessee Light Artillery. I have Madison Johnson Co. A 3rd Regt. Conf. Cavalry, I am confused. My M.C. Johnston was in Walker CO. Ga. in 1860. Is it Johnston or Johnson? Are these two different people. Help???
