The award you mention appears to be a unit award and not the Congressional Medal of Honor. The authoritative list of recipients is at the link below.

I cross-checked the list at the link http://ehistory.osu.edu/osu/sources/recordview.cfm?content=/109/0542 and found none of them on the list of Medal of Honor recipient list.

The Congressional Medal of Honor has never been categorized as a Medal of Gold or Medal of Silver. It is awarded for a single act of gallantry and not cumulative service as these notes indicate.
