Do you have a middle initial for John Tucker ?
I just checked for CSA John Tuckers in the NPS Civil War Soldiers and Sailors System and there's more than 90. Some of them are "no brainers" such as men who belonged to units who would not have been anywhere near the Great State of Texas. However, that's just one first cut. Can you give me a middle initial and a year of death?
