"Thank you" Gary, I know that Francis C. Winslett is buried in Hood County at Lipan, Tx.. She was living with some of her children after Jesse Coleman Winslett died. The information on his regiment is most interesting. I wish we really knew where his grave is located. I feel it is in and around Erath Co., back then the dividing line between Erath and Eastland Counties varied. I do know Eastland County does not have record on him and I have a distant cousin who has been to the Couthouse to research. Appreciate your response. Thanks, Alice
