Don Frazier has heard of the letter but has never seen it. Tom Cutrer is supposed to have a copy of the letter but has so many files/records he hasn't been able to locate it. One of Green's decsendants in NC says he has seen the letter but he is very elderly and was in poor health when I spoke with him about two years ago. I have not been able to locate it at the Texas Archives or the American History Center--at least under those collections that one would obviously look. I do think it's in a public collection though. Thanks for your thoughts!
