Camp Matthew F Locke CSA

The Texas Histoical Society has put up a Historical Marker that states the Camp Matthew F Locke was near here.

The marker states in part: 'A recruitment and training camp established near here at Goose Lake was named in Lock's honor'. It served 'the Van Zandt County Warriors under the command of Anderson Whetstone, trained at the camp in the winter of 1861'.

Does anyone know the exact location of this camp or the Historical Marker?
