I believe this is your man, unfortunately, there is no given name listed and only one card in his file. I have not been able to locate information on Border's regiment.

George Martin

Private [Blank] Brady, enlisted in Company F, Border's Regiment, Texas Cavalry, n.d., recorded as "Sick, Montgomery Mch 17," 1865, no other records

Border's Battalion Texas Cavalry was organized principally of State Troops April 9, 1864, with seven companies, A to G. The consolidation of six of these companies, A to F, with the four companies of which Fulerod's Battalion Texas Cavalry (Cadet Corps) was composed was authorized by S. O. No. 118, Hdqrs. Dist. of Tex. N. Mex. and Ariz., dated April 27, 1864. The regiment thus formed was known as Anderson's Regiment Texas Cavalry but the designation was changed to Border's Regiment Texas Cavalry when it was re-organized February 27, 1865. Captain W. H. Randolph's Company G, Border's Battalion Texas Cavalry, was consolidated with Captain K. B. De Walt's Battalion Texas Cavalry in June, 1864, and formed Company F, Terry's Regiment Texas Cavalry.

Col. Thomas S. Anderson's (Col. John P. Border's) TX Cavalry (April 64-26 May 65)

Regimental Returns

April 1864 Stationed at Camp Felder near Chappill Hill, Texas

November 1864 Stated at Camp Groce Hempstead

January 1865 Stationed at Camp Grace

April 7, 1865 Stationed at Galveston
