Can someone decipher this for me?
Does this mean he was in the 11th infantry or 11th cavalry? I
haven't been able to find him on either roll. Is there something I am
missing here? Or do I need more information to know what unit he was in?
I would appreciate any help you can give me. My knowledge of Civil War
history is limited.
