I am looking for any information on Ezekiel Williams and his participation in the civil war. I believe he served as First Lieutenant in Company C of the 22nd Regiment, Texas Cavalry and then as a Captain in Company E of Chambers' Battalion, Texas Reserve Corps Infantry. He was born in 1815 in Georgia, and lived in Honey Grove, Texas from 1851 until his death in 1887. Any information about him, or the company/regiments that he served, would be appreciated.
