I'm looking for two Lowry/Lowery brothers that joined the Confederate Army.
I don't have first names for them, my great grandmother was their sister,
Margaret/Margarete Annise Lowry/Lowery.She was called Maggie and was born
about 1847 Missouri, according to my grandfathers death record.
Maggie married Henry Terrell Hickman in 1867 Dallas County, Texas.
I have the Lowry spelling from my grandfathers death record and the Lowery
spelling from a 1939 reunion note book from an uncle, in the note book he
wrote Margaret/Margarete Annise Lowery had two brothers that joined the
Confederate Army and a sister that married a Union Officer".
I think they were in Texas about 1860-1870 in the Dallas, Texas area or
Grimes Co., Texas, I wish I had more to research with.
I would appreciate Lowry/Lowery soldiers names that were in the Civil War.
