No clue on the college education, but could he have studied under someone else,
reading the law, I think it may have been called. Perhaps in Georgia. I would not tell
it for the truth, but I was thinking I had heard that.
I know from reading the pamplet on Camp Nelson that he was a former mayor of
Atlanta.
