* This company subsequently became Company I, 16th Texas Infantry

Gregory for 3 years or the war, awaiting discharge September, 1826, recorded on the Sep & Oct, 1862 muster roll as "Absent, on unlimited furlough," no further records

Asa M. Karnes, age 27, Private, Company I, Flournoy's Regiment Texas Infantry, enrolled for duty April 3,1862 at Camp Terry, Travis County, by Col. Allen for 3 years or the war, recorded AWOL from February 24, 1864, no further records
