William Z. Howard is my great great grandfather. Michael Welch, also listed in Moseley's unit, would be W.Z. Howard's father-in-law. Michael Welch owned a 600 plus acre farm/plantation in western Navarro County, TX. I have a great deal of information on these families if anyone is interested.
