My apology for the delay in responding to your post, but just back from vacation. I am now occupied with the operations of Morgan's cavalry during Bragg's offensive into Kentucky. I have tried to find information of Gano's command during the attempt to block General George Morgan's retreat from Cumberland Gap - scarcely nothing.
