I've not found any record of service or a pension application for Zorabable Patty, who seems to have disappeared after the 1860 census of Winston County MS. During the 1850s he married and purchased land in Panola County TX. The only member of your Patty line who applied for a Confederate pension in Texas was Albert G Patty of El Paso County, a son of Jesse Patty of Winston County MS.
