I went back and looked at some 2007 threads concerning Jones death and burial and three possible cemeteries were mentioned. The Foundry, Greenwood and Washington Cemeteries. Dudley Jones was commander of the 9th from the Thompson Station Battle in March 1863 till the end in May 1865. The epidemic at the time of his death causes his burial to be a mystery but one writing said his grave was unkept, not un-marked.
