Jas B. Binion, Dalrymple's Rangers, 10th Infantry

Please help identify the Binion that is featured in my Name Index as:
.
BINNION, BINION, James B. Binion (1835 Liberty Hill, Williamson Co TX-Aug 1862) Dalrymple's Mtd
Rangers; Nelson's 10th Infantry, Co E (Sgt, Parker Co, TST)
.
He served in Dalrymple's Mtd Rangers, whose whole company is listed on the 1860 Clay-Montague Co TX
cen p81. When he enrolled, he said he was age 25 and was born in Liberty Hill, Texas, which I understand
was in Williamson County.
...
Then in May 1861 one "J.B. Binion" served in Thompson's Minute Company of Parker County. I think he was also the
"James B. Binion" who served in Nelson's 10th Infantry, Co E, where he died in Aug 1862.
.
This "J.B. Binion" is one of five Binnions in my 200-page Name Index. ... I am working on the 6th edition of my book that has 240 North Texas militia listings, and yes, I have identified about 80 percent of the soldiers.
