Daniel H. Triplett, age 17, Private, enlisted February 11, 1862 at Orange by J. H. Hannah for 3 years, among the Army surrendered May 26, 1865 and paroled in the field August, 1865, resident of Newton County, Texas, his record includes a note from the Adjutant General, War Department with the State of Texas Commissioner of Pensions dated April 1, 1915

Hannah for 3 years, recorded in September, 1862 as stationed in Camp near Cotton Plant, St. Francis County, Arkansas, killed October 20, 1863
