Mystery Battalion?

On the Missouri Digital Heritage website, buried in the Copybook of Special Orders from Thomas Hindman's Command 11 June - 19 August 1862, is a copy of Special Orders No. 13 dated 23 June 1862. (http://cdm.sos.mo.gov/cdm4/document.php?CISOROOT=/mack&CISOPTR=9396&REC=8). On pages 31/32 is Section VII of that order which states "Samuel E. Pullins, Co. "F", Reeves Regiment, B. F. Hart and I. L. Glenn, Co. "B", Primierrs (sp?) Battalion are hereby detailed on special service in the St. John's Hospital and will report to C. M. Taylor, post surgeon, for duty."

I have combed Fold3 and Google searched for any reference to Primierr, Primierrs, Prunierr or Prunierrs with no success. The same applies to Messrs Glenn and Hart with various initials. Pvt. Pullins' records show him as a nurse, cook and gardener at St. John's at that time but he is not connected to this other battalion.

Can anybody help to identify Glenn, Hart and especially Primierrs Battalion? I have posted the query on the Missouri and Arkansas message boards as well just in case!
