Thanks for the info. I am sure this is the man as he was buried 11-9-1863. Now that I am given the initials I am able to make out the name as it was written in long hand in the minutes and is understandably hard to read sometimes. The record indicates that the Brothers from our lodge raised $60.00 among themselves to pay for the funeral. I am now hoping to locate his grave so we (the SCV and lodge) can take care of it. If he was re-interred we would like to know about it.
