I believe Alan was referring to the Official Records CD.

I got mine 10 years ago from Guild Press of Indiana which includes referenced document. This CD is an invaluable resource.

Also at that time Broadfoot Publishing had their versions of the OR as well as H-Bar. I do not know if they contained this work.
