Official Records Citations

One of my books mentions several communications that are supposedly located in OR Vol. 40, Part 2. I can't find my copy of that volume. I'd like to know the page of the citation I'm listing below:

1. At 10 p.m. (June 18th?) Grant sent a telegram to Meade telling him that Meade had done all he could to take Petersburg and now the to take to the space for protection. He also told Meade that he wanted Wilson's cavalry to cut the railroads supplying Lee south of Petersburg.

2. Around this time Meade wrote Grant, "The morale of the troops is not what I should like it to be."

3. Warren - on June 23rd? - wrote to Meade: "Officers and men are getting very weary and nervous. With our unparalleled l.osses and exhausting efforts we can scarcely say we are much nearer destroying Lee's army than we were on the Rapidan.
