Keith thanks for all the help, and for the guided tour. I might just take you up on that. I am really glad to hear the SCV is working so hard on Oakwood. It is going to take alot of members of the SCV, and UDC working together to save some of these cemeteries. I do a lot of research in cemeteries around here, the "Confederate" cemeteries are usually well maintained as they are in cities. But the back roads country church, and family grave cites are sometimes in terrible shape. The SCV around here does some clean up and restorations but not nearly enough. I am in the SCV but not in a specific camp in this area because of lack of interest on their part, long story.
