He was born in 1842. There is a Samuel H. Ferguson listed as being in the 4th Va. Inf. CSA. Both individuals were born in 1842 and would have been 19 years of age when they enlisted. I am looking for any more information on a Ferguson who served with the 4th Va. Inf. CSA.
