Mr.Martin, I do thank you for your information concerning this person. I am not certain if they are one and the same. My great, great grandfather, Benjamin H. Ferguson served in the 3rd Co F Mountain Rifles, 35th Inf. CSA out of Chattanooga. They would be brothers.
