Where there two men in Crenshaw's Battery with same name?

1. In Hollywood Cem.,Richmond,there is a Miles Cary (4/13/1836-5/31/1896). On findagrave.com he is listed as serving in Crenshaw's Battery.

2. In pension records from Tazewell Co. I came across a Miles Cary. He stated that he was born in Albemarle Co. and served in Crenshaw's Battery. His widow,who also received as pension,under the name Mrs.Miles Cary. She said that he died at Eggleston,Giles Co.,on 3/16/1912.
