I am visiting Columbus, GA and went to the Shiloh Cemetary. I have located a head stone belonging to James N. Overbey, Lt. - Co K- 14 VA Infantry - CSA - born Aug 1838 died Aug 1895.

The head stone looks to be relatively new. I was wondering if their is family here in Columbus? Or is there more information that we could gather on this gentleman?

Are you related? Why does his remains reside here in GA? etc.
