S., calling into immediate service the militia of all counties north of James River and east of Blue Ridge, as well as all the militia in the valley north of James River, Adj. Gen. Office Richmond, Va. Dec. 14, 1861, County - Rockingham, To rendezvous at Strasburg, paid Dec. 9, 1862 for the period June 16, 1861 to April 14, 1862, $422.50, no further records
