The records that Broadfoot Publishing has and the info I have on the ancestor that I am looking seem to be in conflict. I have a copy of his enlistment which has him in Co. E but Broadfoot has him in Co. B of the 23rd Alabama Infantry. Also does anybody know what the first flag of the unit was. I have seen the last two flags but I have not heard of a discription of there first flag.
