Re: AL burials in Caldwell Co, TX?

Ken, I'm trying to verify death and burial of Capt. William L. Hamner, who served as Captain of Co. B, 53rd Alabama, and also as a Captain and Surgeon in the 18th Alabama Inf. He was a medical doctor in Troy, Pike Co., AL. I found a brief notice in a newspaper that said he died in Lockhart, Caldwell Co., TX shortly after he moved to Texas in May of 1873. Do you have burial records on Caldwell County?

Some candidates for the "unknown units".
