I have found that my great grandfather,William Henry POU,had a small company of volunteers,in Alabama,called Pou's Company or Gen. Pou's Company...is there any info available on this group? My Great granddad was captured at Island # 10 and spent the rest of the War at Camp Douglas,Illinois.
