You wrote, "The Muster Roll also states that Caleb Garner was Captured at Gravel Hill on March 26, 1865. If he was captured again at Gravel Hill, they must have taken him to Ft. Blakely." How could Caleb Garner have been captured "again" at Gravel Hill? Are you thinking about about his earlier capture in after being wounded in Virginia? I'm confused.
The date should be March 24th, not March 25th.
The first roll that we have of prisoners captured by Col. Lucas on his raid was made at Blakely AL on April 8, 1865. It does not state nor should you imagine that it's a roll call of some kind. The Federal officer who made the report of Confederates captured at Gravel Hill clearly reported that all prisoners were relased on parole at Gravel Hill. In order for the Federals to have carried prisoners around during the raid, they would have need to find some means of transportation. Prisoners on foot and mounted U.S. cavalrymen would have retarded Col. Lucas on his mission, so prisoners were released on parole, as reported in the Official Records.
