Hosp., Gettysburg, Pa., August 10, 1863, Gunshot Fracture Leg, transferred & admitted to Gen. Hosp., York, Pa. November 15, 1863, died January 11, 1864,* "a good soldier"

* His name appears on a Hospital Muster Roll of the U. S. A. General Hospital, York, Pa. for the months of Jan. & Feb., 1864 as "Died Jan. 11/64"
