North Sumter rifles Lt AG Weston

I Have been looking for the grave of my 4th Great grandfather . His name was Abraham Geiger Weston but he went a by AG Weston. He joined the North Sumter Rifles in Sumter county Alabama June 1861. He seems to disappear. I do know from the Alabama archives that he was commissioned a Lt. He was a medical doctor but I can't find any evidence that he practiced medicine in the war. He graduated from the medical college of South Carolina in 1855.

I would be so happy to locate his grave if there is one. I did find one hint In Fold 3 there Was mention of an AG Weston at the 2nd battle of Corinth , his horse was hit and was so injured that they felt compelled to leave the horse behind. I have no way of knowing if this was him.

Any help is appreciated.
