Kenneth Byrd guided me here. I am looking for any background information you might have on W. L. Alex Russell of the 11/17 Arkansas and Dr. William Russell, surgeon in the 14th (Powers) Arkansas. It is possible these two men were my GG and GGG grandfathers. Thanks for your attention and assistance.
