There are probably still several around. The last Confederate widow was thought to have died only in May of 2004, however there was a lady in Lexa, Arkansas who came out shortly after that claiming to be the last survivor. She seemed to be telling the truth, but I can't find anything beyond the original story written June 12, 2004 in the Washington Times.
