absolutely "the good bad and ugly" was made in Spain! Actually it was made in teh region where I am now....Andalucia. Southern Spain. GREAT movie, though it has been awhile since I have seen it. I am in the town of Rota, at the Naval Base here.

Thanks for your help in filling in some of the blanks. I am not sure why I thought it, but I just had an idea they just buried him where they found him. That, and in either Van Buren or Ft Smith there was a cemetery with many Confederate burials that I saw on the net. I dunno. When I came through Magnolia and North Louisiana last year, I got some photographs of other war ancestors and the rest of Thomas Bennett's family. I have TONS of ancestors that fought in the war (southern only) but Thomas is the one that I cannot locate.
