Re: CAMP REED, CSA - WINTER OF 1864-1865...??

My great grandfather, Jonathon Singleton, was also a member of the 10th Arkansas Cavalry Co. C and was camped at Fort Reed at that time, and I would be extremely interested in learning its location. I would also like to know where 'Thompson's Store' is located. This is the location of his enlistment to Confederate service in 1862. He was from Bradley County, and enlisted in Dockery's 19th Ark Inf. This location is noted on his enlistment record, and was certainly an enlistment site for SE Arkansas. Regards, RLS.
