I've seen depictions of Van Dorn-pattern flags belonging to the 4th Missouri Infantry and the 9th Texas Cavalry, as well as Arkansas regiments of the Army of the West. Also one belonging to the 40th Mississippi Infantry, which was assigned to the Army of the West after the arrival of Van Dorn from Arkansas.
